Do you struggle with getting potential clients and quality leads to your website? We hear you, sister.
It can be difficult to attract the right audience to your website. You know, the people that will be dying to invest in your services or purchase your products.
It’s your website’s job to attract dreamy customers but if you’re having a little trouble figuring out exactly how to entice those ideal people to your website, this is the blog post for you.
We’ve been in business for over 6 years, so we know a thing or two about attracting ideal people to your website. We didn’t always do it right, but we hope you can learn from our experiences and mistakes.
Below are our best tips on how your website can help you get more clients and quality leads!
How Your Website Can Help You Get More Clients and Quality Leads
1 | Identify who your ideal clients are
Before we dive into any other tips, you need to identify exactly who it is you’re trying to attract. If you don’t know this, you won’t get very far. You can’t attract what you don’t know, right?
First, what types of products or services do you sell? Who are these products or services perfect for? We have an ideal customer avatar that describes the exact person we try to attract for Bluchic.
A customer avatar is a detailed profile of your target customer. Here are some questions to answer when writing your ideal customer avatar:
- Where do they hang out online? (Social media platforms, forums, blogs, entertainment websites, etc)
- What are their demographics? (Age, gender, location, occupation, income level, education level, etc)
- What podcasts, YouTubers, influencers, tv shows, movies do they follow?
- How do they spend their free time?
- What struggles and pain points do they have?
- What are their values, interests, and lifestyle? (Do they value spending time with family? How do they use social media? Is living a healthy lifestyle important?)
Getting crystal clear on who it is you want to attract will make every other step easier and will help you get more clients and quality leads from your website.

2 | Showcase your expertise
Once you’ve identified your ideal customer, it’s time to show off! And the best way to show off your expertise is content marketing.
Whether you prefer sharing blog posts, podcast episodes, or videos on YouTube, you need to be consistently sharing content out into the world to get more clients and quality leads back to your website.
Remember: the key to success in content marketing is to make the content incredibly valuable to your ideal customer.
The question you answered above about their struggles and pain points is key to making your content extremely beneficial to your ideal customers.
How does your products or services help them in their life?
Does it make their lives easier?
Save them time?
Help make them more money?
By showcasing your expertise through content marketing, you’re bound to start attracting ideal clients and quality leads.

3 | Make your website beautiful and on brand
Okay, so you’ve nailed down who you want to attract and you’ve begun to share content…how do you get those new visitors to stick around on your website?
By making your website gorgeously beautiful and supremely on brand.
Your website design matters…and it probably matters more than you think.
If your design is subpar and mediocre, visitors will not stick around to read the content you spent hours creating.
Think about how you browse websites.
If you landed on a website where the design was clunky, unorganized, and not easy to follow would you stick around? Probably not.
You want people to not only stick around when they first land on your website, you want them to continue to come back for more. That is the ultimate goal and what will help you most to get more clients and quality leads from your website.
That’s also why we created our easy-to-implement WordPress templates! We know not everyone has the experience (or the desire) to design their own website but you also might not be able to afford a professional designer at this point in time.

4 | Use landing pages
You may think landing pages aren’t important to your website but you would be sorely mistaken.
Landing pages are designed specifically to influence visitors to take one action.
Maybe it’s to get them to sign up for a free opt-in or maybe it’s to get them to purchase your ebook. Whatever it is, landing pages are crucial to turning those website visitors into high-quality leads that will end up investing in your products or services.
