We do all the work and launch your site in 5 days, so you can focus on what really matters—building connections, serving clients, and growing your business.

Book your project

Fill out the intake form and we’ll be in touch within 24-48 business hours to book a start date for your project. You’ll need to make a 50% deposit payment to secure your spot.

Homework prep time

You’ll receive a comprehensive worksheet in Google Doc to help you gather all the copy, images, and branding needed for customizing your new website.

Setup and customization

After receiving your worksheet, we’ll get to work setting up and customizing your 5 pages on our staging website. Once completed, you’ll receive a link to review and provide feedback.

Revision and final touches

Have revision requests? We’ll get them taken care of before we start putting on the final touches (testing your site on devices, checking links, etc.).

Launch your new website

We’ll do one last check-in to make sure there are no final edits. Then, you’ll receive your remaining balance invoice and once paid, we’ll launch your beautiful new website!

Frequently Asked Questions

That entirely depends on how quickly you can prepare your branding assets and write your copy–mostly around 1 to 2 weeks. 

We recommend to book your project far enough in advance for you to get your homework done. If your homework is not completed by the due date, you will lose your project start date (and your deposit)—there won’t be a reschedule.

Before your project’s start week, you’ll need to prepare the following items:
✓ A domain and hosting with WordPress installed, either a new website or an existing website.
✓ A Bluchic WordPress theme (you have to purchase it separately).
✓ Your brand assets including logo, fonts, and color palette.
✓ Your brand imagery including brand photos, stock photos, etc.
✓ Your website copy according to the worksheet we provide.

Once we receive your completed homework, the project will take 5 days. We start on Monday and your website will be ready to launch on Friday.

Please note that this timeframe does not include the homework required beforehand. We recommend that you allocate 1-2 weeks to complete them, which is due 5 days before our start date.

Each project also includes one week of post-support. 

We will check in with an update a few times throughout the week. We do ask you to respond to any questions within 24 hours (or sooner) so that the feedback process is as efficient as possible. 

Yes! We build the site using Elementor, which has an intuitive drag-and-drop editor, so you can edit and update your website by yourself. 

Don’t worry! While we don’t offer branding services, you have a few options:
+ Use the colors and fonts in the WordPress theme we are starting with
+ Purchase a pre-made brand kit and customize yourself
+ Write your business name following the same format as the logo in the theme you chose.

The Basic package is where we implement your branding (logo, fonts, colors, and images). We do NOT input your copy, as that is your responsibility to add in after we hand over your site. 

The Complete package is where we implement your branding (logo, fonts, colors, and images) and input your copy for the main 5 pages (Home, About, Services, Contact, and Blog page with 3 blog posts uploaded for you)

Both are equally great, go for what you need!

Note: We do not design brand-new sections or redesign the template from scratch.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking on the calendar, and the remaining 50% is due before the launch—payment via PayPal and Stripe.

The deposit is non-refundable as they hold your spot in our calendar and block the availability to other potential clients. 

Requirements:

All projects require branding assets to ensure a cohesive online presence. This includes, but is not limited to, a high-resolution logo, color palette, fonts, and images.
You’ll have to purchase the Bluchic WordPress theme separately.
Elementor Pro is required if you want to use custom fonts (not Google Fonts)
