Installation Services

Our installation service includes everything you need to get your website up and running — like the demo site — in just one business day: 

✓ Installation + setup of your Bluchic WordPress Theme or All-in-One Bundle (Product to be purchased separately. Buy the theme or bundle if you haven’t already).
✓ Sample content including pages, posts, products, and stock photos — so your new site will look exactly like the demo you see in the shopping cart.
✓ Installation + activation of all the plugins you need to match the design and functionality of the demo site.

STEP ONE:
After you make a payment via Paypal or debit/credit card, you’ll receive an email subject: “Installation Service: Your Next Step”. Click the link to a form and fill out your site login info + newsletter code. If you don’t receive that email within 15 minutes, check your spam folder or contact [email protected].

STEP TWO:
Once the form has been submitted, we’ll review everything and reach out within a few hours to confirm everything is accurate and good to go. If anything’s missing, we’ll let you know!

STEP THREE:
Once we have your site login info, we’ll complete your installation and setup within one business day (excluding weekends). All you have to do is sit back, relax, and wait for your site to come to life!

Installation is usually completed within 24 hours from the time of getting access credentials from you (as long as all the login info you provide us is accurate!).

Note:
– We have a strict privacy policy and will not use your site login info for anything other than installation purpose. You can also create and provide us temporary login info which you can reset upon completion of installation.

– Installations are performed Monday–Saturday, excluding select holidays. In that case, your installation will be completed on the following business day.

✓ All you need is a domain name and a hosting with WordPress installed — either a new website or an existing website.
✓ You also have to purchase the Bluchic WordPress theme or All-in-One Bundle separately.

Unfortunately no. Don’t stress, though! Our templates are built on Elementor, a drag-and-drop builder, so you can easily edit your own content or customize color/fonts as needed. 

For sure! We’ll set up your Bluchic theme with the sample content to match the demo, but we won’t touch your existing content. 

Your installation service must be used within 30 days of purchase. If the service is not used within that timeframe, the offer will automatically expire and become void.

No refunds, credits, or extensions will be provided for unused installation services after the expiration date. This helps us ensure a fair workflow and consistent scheduling for every customer.
