All WordPress themes by Bluchic are released under the GNU General Public License. You have the right to use Bluchic themes for personal or commercial project, on as many sites and/or domains.
After we have successfully received your payment, your product information with download link will be sent to the email address you provided. This may take up to 24 hours but usually happens within minutes. Please ensure first you have checked your spam folder. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us.
We don’t offer exchanges, but there is 7 day refund policy (starting from the day of purchase). However, this policy does not cover a change in your personal circumstances or a change of mind. If you are having any issue with the file, trouble setup, or have any questions, please submit a support ticket, we will do our best to resolve the problem.
1. Support channels
Bluchic only provides product related support to verified customers via Support Ticket system. We DO NOT provide support via email, Facebook, or Twitter. We DO NOT offer phone support as well. We may request you to provide us your purchase details and website login when needed, in which case it will only be done through the Support Ticket system to protect your confidential & secure details.
2. Support hours
Our general support hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (GMT+8 timezone), please be aware of possible time differences. During this time, we generally reply to any support queries in order received within 24 hours depending on the issue complexity and our workload, whilst we are also commit to answer any queries outside of these hours within 36 hours.
3. Scope of support
DO: We provide support for theme installation & setup, issues arising from using any of the packaged theme features and theme bug fixes; which cover everything required to ensure that all theme features are working as advertised and as per demo site.
DO NOT: We are not able to provide general WordPress support, issue arising from using any 3rd party plugins, and customization query (change font type, add or remove elements, etc). Please send inquiry for customization fee and availability .
Each time a new version of WordPress is released, we check our themes for compatibility with the new version, and we update them if necessary. We also update our themes any time we discover a bug or when a new feature has been added to the theme. All updates are free of charge for existing customers.
Installation service only provided to customer with Bluchic theme. Service included only theme installation and setup the theme as per demo site. In no way does installation service involve customisation or content input nor strategy. Installation service involves labour and hours work and shall provide no refund in any case.
All WordPress themes by Bluchic are guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress or when activated without any changes. Once you modify any of the theme files or include third party applications, we cannot guarantee that the themes will work. We cannot guarantee that themes will function with all 3rd party components, plug-ins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration themes on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the themes as we can not guarantee that Bluchic themes will work with all browser combinations.
All products are property of Bluchic. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified.
We do not share your personal information or Site use information collected by us as you interact with the Site with third parties except: 1) as necessary in connection with support of the Site (such as third party credit card processors) or 2) when deemed necessary by us in order to enhance the information provided. Other than the foregoing, we use such information solely for its own purposes.
